I love my @Xfinity 1Gbps service that I pay $100/month for that goes down multiples times a day and that I'm waiting on a second tech visit for just so they can hopefully, finally refer it to a maintenance technician and maybe, perhaps I can get reliable service. Or cancel. 😡

@comcastcares This is ridiculous. Have been without service all morning. Mssg says to be patient. It's running thin. Mssg says 30 minute wait & btw agent can't help. All I wanted to do was let someone know this is unacceptable. Looks like @Twitter is my only way to communicate.

@TMobile when are you going to get a better cell tower around my residential area so i can finally drop xfinity. Im tired of their sh*t and when my wifi doesnt work... well cell data is all i got but that barely works itself where i live.

@comcast Why does your upload speed have to SUCK so bad. I'm paying $140/m for unlimited data and the fastest tier, 1gig download....... 35mb/s upload? This has to be a joke. Your service sucks and you should feel bad.

@NYCKNP Apple's problem is no one is willing to give up their content for TV+. Most content is now owned by Discovery, Paramount, Fox for sports, Comcast, and Disney. Everyone wants their content for their platforms. Apple can't make content fast enough.

@Xfinity @comcast is so shady. After you cancel service, the website becomes unusable. Zero transparency. Clearly designed to overcharge you on autopay by making it default impossible to cancel while hoping you are too lazy to reach customer support. @FTC pls investigate.

@OpenMothersMale @OrangeGrove55 Disney has almost 3x the amount of cash on hand as Comcast does. I don’t think their decisions on whether to invest in their parks has anything to do with being cash poor. Apple has money, no doubt, but Disney certainly doesn’t need it to be successful or maintain market position

as a public service announcement -- i redeemed 2 free movies by @comcast / @Xfinity. they did some sorcery on my bills to make me pay for them. when i talked to customer service, they offered to give me $20, which is less than the two movies. someone break this monopoly.
